Villa Cicas is a newly refurbished luxury villa located on the southern coast of Sardinia, 37 km west of Cagliari, 10 km from the village of Pula and just 2 km away from the world famous Forte Village Resort and the Is Molas Golf Club. The tropical garden measuring just less than 2 acres features beautiful palm trees, colourful boungavilleas, cactus plants, century-old Mediterranean pine trees and a manicured lawn gently sloping down to the private sandy beach and the turquoise sea. The beach has a useful changing room and a fridge for storing cold drinks. Above the changing room is a panoramic terrace overlooking the sea with a dining table ideal for lunches by the sea.
Villa Cicas has a large shaded veranda which can be used as an external living room and for al fresco dining. The Villa, beautifully furnished, is on two levels, a main and larger upper level, and a lower level accessible only from outside where there is an annexe with three bedrooms and the laundry room. Villa Cicas's upper level etrance is into a small lobby, to the left a corridor leads to the sleeping area, straight on the spacious living room and adjacent sitting room with French windows on the outside veranda. To the right the dining room is connected to a spacious and fully equipped kitchen. On this same side there is a bedroom, french bed, with its en suite bathroom with shower. To the left of the entrance a corridor leads to a sleeping area. Here are a bedroom with two bunk beds (90cm x 195) and a double bedroom sharing a bathroom with bathtub. To the end of the corridor, the master bedroom with its shower and Jacuzzi equipped bathroom. All the bedrooms in this area have French windows onto the outside veranda.
