The kitchen is fully equipped. The main gate leads to the coverd parking space, on the South area there is the swimming pool and the private access to the beach.
The west entrance faces the private pine woods and the tennis court from where its possible to enjoy the fantstic sea view. From the solarium ont the roof is possible to enjoy the amazing and breathtaking panorama. The villa has good conditiong (hot/cold) system on all the first floor, fire place in the main living room and oven. At the first floor tere are the bedrooms, the living room and the dining room, the terrace with amazing sea view, the breakfast area and the kithcen with a room service and a bedroom. At the lower level there is the pool area composed by a second living room a dining room, the outside showers, a bedroom with a bunk bed and a bathroom.
