Renting Your Villa in Sardinia

We aim to make the process of renting a villa in Sardinia as easy, profitable and stress-free for our owners as possible. We begin the process by visiting your villa personally. We then write a detailed description and, with the help of one of our excellent photographers, we create a dedicated test page for your villa, hidden from public viewings, for your approval. We use our years of experience in luxury villa rental and our specialised knowledge of Sardinia to advise you on rental rates for your villa, and ways in which to maximise your income. There is no charge for any our initial consultations, photography or services, and you are under no obligation whatsoever.

As a small company offering a luxury service, we are able to be entirely flexible and work differently with each and every one of our owners in order to provide you with the best possible service. You may prefer to make your villa available for rentals year-round or just a few short weeks, to rent on weekly or monthly basis, to be involved in the rental process, or just relax and let us do all of the work, safe in the knowledge that your villa is in the best possible hands. Whatever your preference, we can accommodate all of your needs. With all properties, we look after the marketing of your villa through our website, extensive client database, on Google, in international publications and through our carefully selected network of international holiday and concierge partners.

We manage our clients through the selection, booking and payment process, look after their every need both before and during their holiday and we greet and check-in all of our clients personally. We also provide a dedicated 24-hour phone line for all guests whilst on island. Many villa owners prefer to use our full management service through which as well as looking after the guests, we also take care of every aspect of looking after your villa. We visit your property regularly during both the summer and winter months to ensure it is always in perfect condition. We arrange for any maintenance or repairs that may be needed using our trusted local tradesmen. We employ cleaners and gardeners to keep your villa looking at its best year-round, and prepare a full inventory for you which we check after every rental to ensure your property is maintained to the highest standards.
